Information you choose to send

Availability inquiries contain the details you voluntarily enter, such as your name, contact information, desired move-in timing, RV details, household details, and message. If you choose the separate SMS opt-in, the inquiry also records your selection, the time it was recorded, the source page, and the disclosure version presented with the checkbox. Mailing-list signups contain your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.

How the information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request about Tiki Tom’s. If you separately opt in to text messages, your mobile number and consent information may be used for the operational and service-related messages described beside the checkbox and in the Terms & Conditions. Providing a phone number without checking the SMS consent box does not give Tiki Tom’s permission to send text messages. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or receive services.

Mailing-list information is used for the community or marketing updates you requested. Sending an availability inquiry does not add you to the mailing list.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for marketing

Tiki Tom’s does not sell or rent personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

Service providers may process only the information reasonably necessary to host the website, deliver form notifications, and operate Tiki Tom’s messaging service. This limited processing does not authorize those providers to use mobile numbers or SMS consent information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-message choices

SMS consent is optional and separate from inquiry submission and email marketing. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also contact the Tiki Tom’s office using the information below.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not submit payment information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, background-check documents, or similar sensitive information through this website.

Mailing-list choices

Mailing-list recipients will be able to unsubscribe when production mailing is enabled. No marketing campaign is sent by the website itself.
