Living here

More home than stopover.

Tiki Tom’s is built for monthly and extended stays—a place to settle into everyday life rather than plan a quick campground stop.

The setting feels settled-in: RV homes near the shoreline, familiar views across the water, palms and maintained outdoor spaces, and evenings that slow down with the changing sky. Every site is paved and includes full utility services.

It is a quieter waterfront community with on-site staff and long-term guests who get to know the place and one another. On Tiki Island, minutes from Galveston, it can also be a practical home base for people working or spending time in the Galveston area.

If you are considering a month or longer, the next step is a direct availability conversation. Current rates, policies, and site timing are confirmed by the office rather than guessed online.

The coastal rhythm

Water, open sky, and everyday time outside.

The waterfront is part of daily life here—from a walk toward the pier to fishing at sunset or watching birds move through the coastal habitat.

Time by the water

Five fishing piers, a few boat slips with an observation deck above them, and protected wetlands bring the water, open views, fishing, and bird watching into everyday life.

02

Comforts close to home

Two laundry facilities, a clubhouse, a workout room, and two full clubhouse bathrooms with large walk-in showers make longer stays easier.

03

Ready for everyday living

Every site is paved with full utility services. Basic Wi-Fi is included, upgraded service is available, and pets are welcome with a dog run and on-site staff nearby.
