The setting feels settled-in: RV homes near the shoreline, familiar views across the water, palms and maintained outdoor spaces, and evenings that slow down with the changing sky. Every site is paved and includes full utility services.

It is a quieter waterfront community with on-site staff and long-term guests who get to know the place and one another. On Tiki Island, minutes from Galveston, it can also be a practical home base for people working or spending time in the Galveston area.
