In his own words
A Letter From Tiki Tom
Welcome to Tiki Tom’s.
When I first came to Tiki Island in the 1970s, it was a small fishing village. Over the years I watched it grow, and in 2001 I decided to make it my home.
This place wasn’t built overnight. It was built through hurricanes, floods, tropical storms, freezes, road construction, and plenty of challenges along the way. More than once, we had to pick up the pieces and start again. Each time, we rebuilt and kept going.
Alongside my wife Kat, my family, our employees, friends, and neighbors, I’ve been blessed to spend more than 25 years living and working on the Texas coast.
Tiki Tom’s has never been just an RV park to me. It’s a place where people come to fish, relax, make friends, enjoy the water, and experience the coastal lifestyle that makes this place special.
As you look around, I hope you see more than RV sites, roads, piers, and buildings. I hope you see the years of hard work, perseverance, friendship, and love that went into creating this place.
Thank you for being part of the story.
May the fishing be good, the sunsets be beautiful, and the memories last a lifetime.
God Bless,Tom Fisher, “Tiki Tom”
