Do you offer long-term RV living?+
Yes. Tiki Tom’s is primarily a monthly and extended-stay RV community. If you’re looking for a place to settle in for a while rather than a short campground stop, that’s what we’re built for.
Where is Tiki Tom’s located?+
We’re at 333 Jones Lake Rd, Galveston, TX 77554, on Tiki Island near Galveston.
What do the RV sites include?+
Every RV site is paved and has full utility services.
Is the community waterfront?+
Yes. Tiki Tom’s sits along the water with fishing piers, a few boat slips, an observation deck above the boat-slip area, protected wetlands, and wide-open coastal views. Not every RV site is waterfront, so ask us about the sites currently available.
Can I see the community layout?+
Yes. The community map shows the numbered RV sites, internal drives, shoreline, and piers so you can get your bearings. It does not show current availability.
What amenities are available?+
Five fishing piers, a few boat slips with an observation deck above them, two laundry facilities, a clubhouse, a workout room, two full clubhouse bathrooms with large walk-in showers, a dog run, protected wetlands for bird watching, and on-site staff.
Is fishing part of life at Tiki Tom’s?+
It is. There are five fishing piers around the property, so it’s easy to step out for a quiet morning or an evening cast.
Are pets welcome?+
Pets are welcome. Ask us about current pet guidelines when you inquire.
Is Wi-Fi available?+
Basic Wi-Fi is available throughout the park at no additional charge, with upgraded service available.
How do I ask about availability?+
Send an inquiry through the website, call 409-935-5599, or email tikitomsrv@gmail.com. Tell us when you hope to move and what you’re looking for, and we’ll help from there.
Can I choose or reserve a specific site online?+
No. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll talk you through the sites that are currently available.
Is there online booking?+
No. Because we focus on long-term stays, availability starts with a conversation rather than an online campground reservation.
How do I learn the current monthly rates?+
Call, email, or send an availability inquiry and we’ll give you the current monthly rates for the sites that fit what you’re looking for.
What are the office hours?+
The office is open Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Where can I read the park rules?+
Our Park Rules page is a practical public guide to quiet hours, guests and visitors, pets, vehicles, RV sites, waterfront areas, common spaces, and safety. Posted instructions and the written guest agreement also apply.

What should I include in an availability inquiry?+
Start with your name, email, desired move-in timing, and a short note about what you need. RV details, a phone number, household size, and pets are helpful but optional.
